St. Margaret’s Guild
Two missions drive St. Margaret’s Guild. One is a mission to support women and children. The other is a mission of fellowship. Guild membership is open to all women at St. Mark’s.
Meetings are always in the evening to accommodate those who work outside the home. Every two or three months we meet for a potluck supper at various members’ homes. These are always enjoyable evenings of casual fellowship. Many close and longstanding friendships have developed among St. Margaret’s members.
Past support projects include Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets for St. Francis House and other charities, clothing collections for the Rape Crisis Center, Shrimp Boil preparations, cosmetic and toiletry collections for Katrina victims, pantry projects for the Antique Show, and meal support for parishioners in need.
All women at St. Marks are invited to join us.
