Each summer you can send your kids to Vacation Bible School at St. Mark’s.
Through VBS, St. Mark’s reaches out into the community. Children from St. Mark’s and the surrounding area join a community of faith to learn how God calls us to be His eyes, arms, legs, and heart in the world.
Themes for VBS stretch from Old to New Testament scripture. The Christian Education board works diligently to come up with an entertaining, joyful, and spiritual program each year.
Dive Deep into St. Mark’s VBS 2012 (July 30-Aug 3)
On behalf of all of the volunteers who will be a part of VBS 2012, Luke Gilbert, St. Mark’s Family Minister, invites you and your children to Operation Overboard. This program gives kids a chance to dive deep in their faith. Through interactive lessons that are easy for kids to apply to their lives today, they will “go deep” into God’s Word, exploring Bible stories of people who revealed deep faith by knowing how to:
- Depend on God
- Dare to care
- Claim Jesus
- Choose to follow
- Change the world
